The Mason Police Department is a full service police department that serves a small town community, that has experienced recent commercial, industrial and residential growth. The department is dedicated to the safety and quality of life of it’s citizens. The Mason Police Department has embraced the philosophy of Community Policing to provide for the protection of people, property, businesses, and to reduce crime. In addition, the department also provides numerous community services to keep citizens informed and increase public safety.

To that end, we will always strive to nurture a partnership amongst the community and its components based on trust and respect and achieved through the philosophy of Community Policing. Knowing that our community is evolving, we will honor and preserve the rights of every citizen and colleague, embracing the principal of respect for differences in race, religion, style, and personal opinion.
